It is this vision that has inspired DoReMi and DoReMi S, two complementary families – bollards and pendant lighting – designed to shape evening scenarios in gardens, terraces and outdoor environments across residential and hospitality settings. Fabricated from 316L stainless steel with Luce&Light’s proprietary AC19 treatment, these fixtures combine quality, resistance to external agents, and long-term visual integrity, even in challenging environments such as coastal areas, irrigated gardens and spa zones.
DoReMi: light emerging from the landscape
DoReMi is a collection of outdoor bollards that interprets light as a discreet presence: tiny luminous accents emerging from shrubs, walkways and green areas, marking the space like notes in a nocturnal composition.
Set among hedges, planters and pathways, these points of light guide the way without dominating, engaging instead in dialogue with the surrounding vegetation. When spread across the space, they mark the path with a slow, measured rhythm; when arranged together, they create dynamic, vibrant sequences.
With their slender 8 mm poles and compact Ø45 mm heads, the fixtures are almost invisible during the day. When evening falls, the opal diffuser ensures a gentle, comfortable light that illuminates the space without glare.
The collection offers a variety of shapes – spheres, hemispheres, cones and flat circular heads – to adapt the light to the design context, working in harmony with the vegetation. Standard heights of 500, 800 and 1100 mm above ground, customizable on request, allow them to be tailored to the scale of the space.
Designed for in-ground installation using a spike or surface mounting with a purpose-made base, DoReMi fixtures combine application versatility with purity of form. The 24Vdc power cable is fully integrated into the pole, ensuring a clean installation with no visible technical elements.

DoReMi S: light that caresses greenery and surfaces
DoReMi is also available in a suspended version, introducing a new compositional layer. Luminous spheres and hemispheres descend from above like ethereal presences, casting light over the space and creating a soft, enveloping atmosphere. Beneath porticoes and pergolas, along verandas or among the branches of trees, the light appears to float, creating natural, evocative scenes.
The pendants can be ceiling mounted, using a rose in the same colour as the fixtures, or suspended laterally from beams and architectural structures, using a perforated cable gland. The cables can also be gently wrapped around tree branches, offering extensive design freedom in residential and hospitality contexts.
Installation height is fully adjustable, allowing each light point to be adapted to the space and the desired effect.
Materials, durability and quality of light
DoReMi and DoReMi S are made from 316L stainless steel with a special AC19 treatment developed by Luce&Light. This design choice ensures excellent corrosion resistance and lasting visual integrity, even in challenging outdoor environments.
The AC19 treatment, achieved through a sequence of purpose-designed processes, further improves the performance of stainless steel, increasing its durability and visual stability even in the presence of water, chlorine or salt air.
Alongside the basic steel version, the fixtures are also available in painted finishes: anthracite, white, corten or jasper green as standard, with RAL customization available on request, for seamless integration into their surroundings.
Mechanical robustness is ensured by IK06 impact resistance, while an IP66 rating guarantees reliability in the presence of water, rain and powerful jets.
High-quality light, respect for the dark
Light quality is the starting point for every L&L Luce&Light product and, in DoReMi, it translates into a soft, uniform, glare-free emission that enhances a space without altering it.
The 24Vdc power supply, combined with PWM-controlled drivers, enables dimming, allowing light intensity to be modulated throughout the night. It can be brighter in the earlier evening hours, to guide movement, then gradually soften as the landscape settles, eventually transforming into small points of light pulsing within the vegetation.
The wide range of colour temperatures, from 2200K to 4000K, gives further design freedom. In particular, 2200K, ideal for landscape applications, delivers a warm amber light that reduces the impact on the night-time environment.
The full cut-off versions (Re1 and Re2, and Mi1 and Mi2) direct their light exclusively downward, helping to reduce light pollution and respecting both darkness and the natural ecosystem.
